Refund Policy

1. Principle

Credits enable an immediately available digital service. Credits already consumed (upscales performed) are generally non-refundable.

2. Unused credits

For unused credits, a refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no credit from that purchase has been used. Requests to support@tcgscale.com.

3. Technical errors

If a credit was deducted due to a technical error without delivering a usable result, the credit is automatically refunded or credited on request.

Duplicate charges or incorrect debits are fully refunded after review.

4. Processing

Please send refund requests with the transaction reference to support@tcgscale.com. Refunds are made via Stripe to the original payment method.
